Background
Public servants spend careers in service to others. Their finances deserved the same. Tradex had decades of trust behind it, but a digital presence that wasn't keeping pace with a new generation of investors coming through the door.
Challenge
The existing site made financial information feel like homework. Dense, unclear, and nothing about it said stay a while.
Process
Stakeholder conversations and market research came first. That shaped the user journeys, tone, and content hierarchy. The goal was never to oversimplify Tradex's expertise. Just how you get to it and digest it.
Solution
The redesigned site is calm and confident without being cold. Plain language, clearer page flows, and a structure that guides rather than gatekeeps. Investing still feels serious. Just not intimidating.
