Nonprofits are sitting on more donor insight than they realize. Gryphon Fundraising helps them find it. Their data tools surface what's already buried in an organization's own database.

Challenge

The existing site made sophisticated tools feel out of reach for the fundraising teams actually using them. The people who needed Gryphon most were the least likely to feel like it was built for them.

Process

Research into user expectations and the broader SaaS fundraising landscape shaped the content strategy from the ground up. Client feedback informed the voice and structure, with a focus on speaking to fundraisers first and technologists second.

Solution

The redesigned site turns complex offerings into a clear, intuitive experience. Confident language, purposeful structure, and a visual direction that says we know what we're doing without making you feel like you don't.
